1. About Ticket Vibes

Ticket Vibes ("we", "us", "our") is an online event ticketing platform operated in India. We provide a marketplace that connects event organizers with ticket buyers for concerts, sports, theater, festivals, and other live events.

Our registered email is support@ticketvibes.in. These terms govern your use of the Ticket Vibes website at ticket-vibes.web.app and any related services.

2. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to use our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• One person may not maintain more than one active account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Ticket Purchases

3.1 Order Confirmation

All ticket sales are final upon completion of payment. A booking confirmation and e-ticket will be sent to your registered email and phone number within minutes of a successful transaction.

3.2 Pricing & Fees

Ticket prices are set by event organizers. Ticket Vibes may charge a service fee per transaction. All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

3.3 Ticket Validity

Each ticket is assigned a unique QR code. Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, time, and seat/tier as stated. Duplicate or tampered tickets will be rejected at entry.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Ticket purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

• Event Cancellation: Full refund of the ticket price (excluding service fees) within 7–10 business days.
• Event Postponement: Option to retain the ticket for the new date or request a refund within the notified window.
• Duplicate Charge: If you are charged more than once for the same order, the extra charge will be refunded.

5. Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers who list events on Ticket Vibes agree that:

• All event information provided is accurate and up to date.
• They hold all required licenses, permits, and government approvals for the event.
• They will notify Ticket Vibes immediately in case of event changes, postponement, or cancellation.
• Ticket Vibes acts as a ticketing agent and is not responsible for the event experience.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Resell tickets at above-face-value prices without authorization.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to purchase tickets.
• Create fraudulent accounts or attempt to manipulate the platform.
• Share, duplicate, or alter ticket QR codes.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the platform or other users' experience.
• Upload or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Ticket Vibes — including logos, graphics, text, and software — is the property of Ticket Vibes or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ticket Vibes is not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of event organizers, venues, or performers.
• Event cancellations, postponements, or changes in lineup.
• Loss, theft, or damage of physical items at events.
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control (server outages, payment gateway failures).

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant tickets.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage users to first contact us at support@ticketvibes.in to resolve any issues informally before pursuing legal action.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
