Refund Policy
Clear, fair refund rules so you always know where you stand.
✅ When You ARE Eligible for a Refund
1. Event Cancelled by Organizer
If an event is officially cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund of the ticket face value to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of the cancellation announcement.
2. Event Postponed / Rescheduled
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, you will have the option to:
- Keep your existing ticket valid for the new date, OR
- Request a full refund within the window communicated by the organizer (typically 7 days from announcement).
3. Duplicate or Overcharge
If you are charged more than once for the same booking due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days automatically.
4. Technical Failure
If payment is deducted from your account but no booking confirmation is received within 1 hour, contact us at support@ticketvibes.in with your transaction ID and we will resolve it within 24 hours.
❌ When You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund
- Change of mind or personal reasons.
- Inability to attend the event due to travel, health, or personal issues (unless event is cancelled).
- Tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms.
- Late arrival or denied entry due to non-compliance with venue rules.
- Partial use of a multi-day event pass.
💳 Refund Processing Times
Once a refund is approved and initiated by us, the time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method:
- UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
- Debit / Credit Card: 5–10 business days
- Wallets: 1–3 business days
Refunds are always processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different account or payment method.
📝 How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:
- Email us at support@ticketvibes.in with subject: "Refund Request – [Booking ID]"
- Include your full name, registered email, booking ID, and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

⚖️ Disputes
If you believe a refund decision is incorrect, you may escalate by emailing support@ticketvibes.in with the subject "Refund Dispute". We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the laws of India.
For payment disputes with your bank or card issuer, please note that chargeback requests that are later found to be invalid may result in account suspension.
