Information Technology Act, 2000

We comply with the IT Act 2000 and its amendments, including provisions related to electronic records, digital signatures, and data privacy. Our platform is operated in accordance with the Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code, 2021.

Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Ticket Vibes adheres to the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. We maintain transparent pricing, clear refund policies, and a grievance redressal mechanism as required by law.

Shops & Establishments Act

Our operations comply with applicable state-level Shops and Establishments Acts governing business conduct in India.

All payment processing on Ticket Vibes is handled by Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway โ€” the highest level of certification available in the payments industry.

  • We do not store, transmit, or process full card numbers on our servers.
  • All payment data is encrypted using TLS 1.2+ during transmission.
  • Razorpay is licensed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as a Payment Aggregator.

๐Ÿงพ GST Compliance

Ticket Vibes complies with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act applicable to online ticketing services in India. Where applicable:

  • GST at the rate applicable to entertainment/ticketing services is included in the displayed ticket price or disclosed at checkout.
  • GST invoices are available on request โ€” email support@ticketvibes.in with your booking ID.
  • Event organizers listing on our platform are responsible for their own GST compliance related to the event.

We are committed to protecting user data in line with:

  • The Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
  • The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) โ€” we are actively preparing for full compliance as implementation rules are notified.
